Please be sure to remove clothes and clutter from the floor or from the surfaces that will be cleaned. Please have dogs crated or blocked in a room separate from the area being cleaned.
No, it is not necessary for you to be home while we clean. In fact, the majority of our customers are not at home while we clean and we prefer it that way. You can leave a spare key for us that we will keep in a lock box or provide a garage or door code for entry.
For one-time cleans, we bring all supplies needed to get the home clean & sparkling! Recurring clients will nicely provide their own vacuums for our usage, but also not required. This will be discussed when your clean schedule is set up.
We use a variety of cleaning products including a small amount of bleach when necessary. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to chemicals or smells, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate and find alternatives.
We do not estimate and charge by the hour. We charge based on the amount of work, amount of product, drive time + effort the job will take. We try to be fair and competitive in our pricing and when we are done, we are done. There is no standing around or wasting time because we do not quote a certain number of hours.
We will always call or text to confirm the night before your scheduled clean day/time. You are required to respond and confirm or we will not come. Confirmation is necessary so we do not waste anyone’s time. Our recurring cleans are on a set time schedule and we will likely come at the same time each interval (weekly, bi-weekly, etc).
